Disc not recognized when inserted in tray.
I have an Inspiron E530. When I attempted to install the sims 2, the computer wouldn't even acknowledge there was a disk in the tray. The disk is fine. It installed on another computer without a problem. Any ideas?

Please click the troubleshooting link below and follow the instructions to perform the Dell diagnostics on your drive from the F12 utility partition. Then we will know if your drive is working or not.
