Dell SK 8115 keyboard settings
I am using this Dell keyboard with Windows 7 Pro x64, Firefox, and Thunderbird, all of which are up-to-date. A few days ago, the UP Arrow and DOWN arrow vertical scroll function changed from five lines to several pages with just one click of either arrow key. How can I reset this function to scroll just five lines, as it used to do, instead of several pages? I can't relate this change to any system or app changes that I might have made, and system restore didn't solve the problem. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance. Hi Nharrold,
Please ensure that the Scroll Lock is turned off on the keyboard (Scroll lock light should be off).
Alternatively, you may try the following steps and check if the issue persists:
Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Ease of Access Center -> Make the keyboard easier to use and uncheck all the options. Click on ‘Apply’ -> Ok. Restart the computer and check.

Thanks for your suggestions. Tried them, but the problem persists. My health is failing so I don't use the computer much anymore, and I've just given up on resolving the problem.

Hi nharrold,
Caret browsing might be on. Hit the F7 key to toggle it on and off.
