I am sorry it took so long to get back to you on this.
I need the restore media because the Hard Drive Crashed and the restore Disks were made; however it has been several years and the do not work. The service tag is . This Laptop was purchased at Best Buy in Oklahoma City several years ago and I am working on it for a friend so I do not know if not know if it was ever registered.

I see that the laptop has been registered and we need the name on the account so that we can verify the ownership and send the disk. Please send me a Private Message with the name of the person who has registered the laptop and the contact details. To send a Private Message, click on my name in Blue and then on “Start Conversation” to send the message.
