Hi phill53,
Please share the Operating System installed on the computer. You can check under 'Imaging Devices' in 'Device Manager' and see if the integrated webcam is getting detected on your computer.
To check webcam in 'Device Manager':
You may uninstall and re-install USB roots hubs and see if it makes any difference:
If the webcam is getting detected, you can uninstall ‘Dell Webcam Central’ application from ‘Add or Remove Programs’ in ‘Control Panel’ and then re install it from the link below:
http://ftp.us.dell.com/monitors/Dell_SX2210-Monitor_Webcam%20SW%20RC1.1_%20R230103.exe .
If the webcam is not getting detected in ‘Device Manager’, you may try pressing the LCD bezel near the webcam, it can be due to a loose connection.
Please reply with the information. I would be glad to assist further.

Hello Amogh G.; There Isn't an Imaging device listed in the Device Manager - I've Pushed, Wiped & Held-in on That Area - Still Nothing - The Only Place I See "Dell Touch Cam" Is When I Click "control"(start button) - Any More Idea's ???
