You can install anything you like without voiding the warranty. But Dell will only support the installed hardware.
On the main support page, I only see an Inspiron 15R SE 7520. I was under the impression that special edition refers to an SSD cache, but you're saying you don't have this feature?
i know i have the intel rapid storage technology but i dont know if its even activated or not since i cant see an SSD Drive any where, is there any way to check ?

The SSD will show up in BIOS setup (f2 at powerup).

Yes, that's where it would show up.
There's a discussion HERE that will help you install an mSATA card. My suggestion would be to call Dell to order it.

There are plenty of vendors in the US who sell mSATA drives. I couldn't begin to guess what's available in Israel.

should i just buy one from eBay? and how much can i put on it?
is it worth just buying a 32GB one, or get a 128GB one?
