Hi Blakey93,

When the XPS 10 is turned off and the AC Adapter is connected, the charge LED will only be on (solid white) when the battery is between 0 – 100% charge level. Once the battery has reached 100% charge, the LED will turn off. This is working as designed.

You may connect an alternate AC adapter and check if the charge LED comes on. If it does, allow the device to charge for 10-15 minutes and try to power on.

If the device will not power on, press and hold the power button for 10+ seconds to hard power off the device, then remove and re-connent the AC adapter. Check for the charge LED again.

If an alternative AC Adapter is not available, you may try a microUSB to USB cable as an alternative and connect it to a powered USB port (may be on a different computer), the tablet will trickle charge and the LED should be On.

Please reply if you have any questions.

Hi,

I have a Dell Venus 8 pro and it won't turn on. I have tried everything you have said to do.

Whenever i leave it alone for a long time (Like 2 hours or so) it will shut off and not come back on.

I know it is fully charged because the whit light is not coming on.. What do i do?
