Microsoft Office Starter on my Dell PC won't open because of internet connection
Ever since I moved to China, the Office Starter program that was pre-installed on my computer won't open. I receive an error message that says I need to check my internet connection and try again. I've tried using VPN but that doesn't work either. Can anyone help me??

If other websites work OK, it's likely that you're being blocked by the Great Firewall of China, which is a government-run firewall that censors certain websites. Microsoft may know - or may not, in which case you'd likely have to contact a Chinese government authority for information.
