Nevermind. I just found out that in the results it says that the motherboard is destroyed

I also have a question. I found the warranty (I think it's 2 years) and only 1 has passed. But its not filled in. If i show the receipt on the shop i bought it from will i get a new one??

How do I find that info? Also I didnt buy the pc from the internet, I bought it from a local shop. Also I cannot find the warranty. I only have the receipt from the shop.

I have Dell Inspiron N series, laptop and from yesterday facing similar kind of problem.

My laptop is not under warranty. Pls. suggest some solution.

Thank you for your reply. I am sorry for the delay in replying as the Dell Community website was down due to Site Maintenance.

It is great that you have been sent a Windows 7 disc for re-installing the Operating system. Please click on the link below for steps to manually re-install Windows 7 using the dvd disc.
