Note: Type the Service tag and it will display the drivers for your computer, Install the latest BIOS and Touchpad drivers by clicking the option Keyboard, Mouse & Input Devices
2. You will need to go to Start, type "Mouse" in the Search bar, click on Mouse in the search results
3. Click on the Device Settings tab in the Mouse Properties window, Click on the Settings button
4. Click the expand for Pointing, the expand for Sensitivity
5. Select PalmCheck, and move the bar in the upper right window down to Minimum, then click Apply

It is unfortunate that the Mouse / Touchpad is not working fine, I’d suggest you to please try the following steps mentioned below to fix the issue.
1. Upgrade to the latest Touchpad drivers and BIOS from support site
