Dell Inspiron 15z 5523 hard disk drive not found

Hi,

     The laptop was purchased in US but recently had to visit India and brought it with me it worked fine when it was in US it must be the vibration and it caused this 

Internal hard disk drive not found 
to resolve this issue,try to reseat the drive 
no bootable devices strike f1 to retry boot f2 to enter setup menu f5 to enter psa
Ran F5 and in PSA got this others are fine but video adapter memory test failed Error code : 2000-0332

Unplug the system and remove the battery.  Hold the power button for 30 seconds and then remove and reconnect the hard drive.

If it's then found, run a full diagnostic on it (f12 at powerup). If it's not, the drive will need to be replaced.

If the video chip has failed, the mainboard needs to be replaced as well (the other error).

if the system is not in the country of purchase, you'll need to do an international warranty transfer - for that you must have purchased it with an onsite service plan at extra cost -- the basic 12-month warranty cannot be transferred internationally.

Thanks for the reply had a chat with live support they suggested to re seat the hard drive the video error was due to not pressing y during the color screen while running diagnostics using F12. Will inform you the progress after re seating the hard drive.

Hi,

As in my case it was a brand new laptop and it was a hard disk error got it replaced at dell service center this might be not same for you though try the above listed things suggested like removing battery and the diagnostic.Hope i get your fb so i can send some stuff regarding opening the laptop.
