Unable to do a Factory Image Restore

Service Tag  - My "Restore" partition appears to be corrupt since I am unable to get the computer to perform the restore. What can I do to get back to the delivered factory image. Dell wants BIG $$$ which is crazy. They should just send me a newly imaged drive. But I regress... Please help!!
