Not connecting to WIFI
I have a Dell desktop & a Dell laptop computer in my home. Both were connecting to the WIFI just fine. One day the laptop was not be able to connect. My IPhone & IPad finds the WIFI. What would make the laptop not connect? It hasn't worked since. Is there something that I in advertently turned off? Thanks, Deana

That happened to me too. Then I realized I inadvertently hit a button at the top left that has an image of an antenna which toggles the wireless connection on and off. Try hitting that and see if it fixes your problem.

It seems that you have a problem with your network connectivity. Try to connect manually after switching off wifi adapter on your laptop and reset your router for few minutes at least otherwise It would be a good idea to perform a network test using www.netscan.co and click on the green button "Start network scan!". You will receive a unique URL which you can share with us so we can help.

Where would I find the wifi adapter? And how do I switch it off?
