Driver Updates - Dell Certificate
Hello i need to update my 7 yr old desktop but Dell Certificate is no good ? Also when i download your diagnostics they wont download or run ? I did a complete system recovery & now my Event's show that most of my updates are not for my system ? Thank you'll for any help, Jay

Hello Natakuc 4, she is a Dell Inspiron 531 - Vista Home Premium. 32 Bit. Service Pack 2. Hope you can help us as she is close to the scrap pile GRRRR. Thank you & have a great evening, Jay

Probably it would be better for you to reload the Windows Operating System if the diagnostics pass. Windows Vista however is falling into obsolescence and is already 3 versions behind (Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10). A new Windows 8.1 license is pretty pricy however and it has some features which ruin the user interface.
You can however install the Windows 10 Technical Preview which will be better than Windows Vista. Windows 10 is being released in May/June and it'll be a good time to look for any promotional deals.
