Label destroyed, eBay, can't process RMA

Hello.

In April 2010 I bought a Dell Ultrasharp U2410 monitor an authorized Dell seller on eBay with supposedly 5 year European warranty. I do not know if I am mistaken in this last part. My problem is that I can not process an RMA because the label containing the Order Number is completely destroyed (photos attached). And so how send me it the seller. The latter no longer has activity on eBay and does not respond to emails.

Because there is in more places the order number, for example, in the interior of the box or in your own monitor. Any site away from the seller. It's something I don't understand. I have no blame for this situation. I need help. It is not long for the expiration of the warranty.

Regards.

I forgot in the previous message. The serial number of my monitor is CZ-0F525M-73608-021-341L.

Because the Dell order number is lost, there is no way that you or Dell can prove that the original purchaser paid for a 5 year warranty. Without proof, Dell will only warranty the monitor for 3 years based off of the serial number.
CZ-0F525M-73608-021-341L = February 1, 2010 to February 1, 2013
