Precision T3500 memory install

I just bought a refurbished T3500 from Dell and want to put more memory.  I see that there is a blue cover over the area where the memory modules are place in the mother board.  I cannot figure out how to remove this blue plastic thing.  Could someone tell me how I remove it?
