Dell PowerEdge T100 with E2180 processor -upgrade?

My church has a Dell PowerEdge T100 purchased by our Youth Minister.  He thought that because it was x64 that it would be able to support virtualization but the E2180 process will not work for virtualization.  So, the question is:   Can I upgrade the process or the T100 with another processor that will allow it to be virtual capable (i.e. VT )?   If so, what processors can I upgrade to?

The X3330 should work and supports VT and is probably the best processor you can put in it:

If I buy one of these on your site, do I just need to pop out the old one and put in the new one?

Forgot to mention that I have a Intel Core Duo 7300 @2.66 GHz processors. Does this mean I have two processors that will need upgrading to support hyper-v?
