Cannot get WDM 4.9.1 to install.

Cannot get WDM 4.9.1 to install.

Fresh install of Server 2008 R2, all service packs. fresh download of WDM 4.9.1 and it fails every time with an error:

(X) Unable to start MSSQL$RapportDB. Installer cannot continue.

Just before this message pops up, a DOS window opens and executes a couple commands, but does not stay on the screen so I cannot tell what it was doing (or failed to do).

I click OK and then get a message:

(X) Unable to attach the WDM database:

Click OK and I get:

(X) WDM database must be running before uninstallation starts.

Click OK and I get:

(X) Database install table not found. WDM database must be running before uninstallation.

Click OK and the whole installer just disappears.

All I want to do is update my R10L thin client with the latest firmware and I am suffering through all this. Is there a simpler way to get the R10_wnos installed?
