Dell MD3000i and Degraded Physical Disk Channel
Hi,
I'm running into a issue with our Dell MD3000i.
The errors we are getting are:
1 - Degraded Physical Disk Channel
2 - Individual Physical Disk - Degraded Path
and
3 - Unreadable sctor(s) detected

As for the ‘Degraded Physical Disk Channel’, and the ‘Individual Physical Disk-Degraded Path’ alerts, we can clear those with simple commands, however that last one (‘Unreadable Sectors’) is what concerns me, AND is probably contributing to the other two. (or you may have some disks that are trying their best to fail.) I’d like to look at a full support bundle if you could pull one for me. I sent you and email, reply back, and let me know if you have any questions.
