You can download it here:

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=XT65T&fileId=3446470898&osCode=WS8R2&productCode=poweredge-t320&languageCode=EN&categoryId=SZ

But you don't need it. You can also use the built-in LCC, and/or you can simple boot to the Windows installation disc for a manual install.

What OS are you installing?

Windows 2008 64bit R2

Is this Management Tools contain the server drivers or not?

Thank you

Yes, it contains drivers but only in a format that can be fed through the installation process that the DVD utility initiates, not that you can go an copy off and use as standalone drivers. If you need standalone drivers for a manual install, you need to get them from the support site. With the DVD utility, you simply boot to it, select OS Install, and follow the prompts, and it will install the needed drivers during the install.
