Need to reinstall Pocket Cloud Companion after each restart of computer

Need to reinstall Pocket Cloud Companion after each restart of computer

I installed Pocket Cloud Windows Companion 2.2 on my server at work running Windows Server 2003 R2. After installing and signing in with my Google email, the server showed up and I am able to connect via RDP on my iPad running Pocket Companion Pro without any difficulties. Each evening, the server restarts and when I come back to the office, the server shows up in my discovered connections but I am not able to connect. When I open up the Auto Descovery Settings, it shows that I am still logged in but I can sign out button is not available to use. The temporary fix has been to unistall and reinstall daily. I tried repairing using the installation program and it returned with a fatal error during installation. When I receive this message, I have to wait until the server restarts again then unistall and reinstall. Please help me figure out what needs to be changed on my server or companion software. Thanks.

I have signed out of my iPad then logged back in without success and I can't sign out of host without unistalling PocketCloud.

We could not reproduce this issue in our environment. So need some information

1. When this issue happens how many users are concurrently logged in to your system?
2. After restart, login from your console with your credentials and then try connecting from PocketCloud. I have seen an issue previously that some policy restrict RDP to accept any incoming connections until you login from the console first time(after restart).
3. If both the above step fails, can you restart and try to connect manually from pocketcloud. You need to be in the same network to do so.
