Dell XPS 2350 i7 Intel W8.1

Now cannot boot - No boot device available. Happened after power outage. Have tried changing set up in BIOS but not being savvy enough, am not succeeding. Is the HD corrupted?

Try clearing BIOS. If there's an option in BIOS setup to reset BIOS to the defaults, try that.

If not:

  1. power off, unplug
  2. press/hold power button for ~15 sec
  3. open case and remove motherboard battery
  4. press/hold power button for ~30 sec
  5. reinstall battery
  6. Close case and try to boot with only mouse, monitor and keyboard connected
