Login Failure with gmail account in Auto Discovery.

Login Failure with gmail account in Auto Discovery.

I'm running v2.1.11 on Window XP pro, I get the same result if windows firewall is turned on or off. I can successfully log into my gmail account on my browser and have tried the following without any resolution:
1) Open Browser.
2) Navigate to gmail.com.
3) Sign in with your username & password.
4) Enter your password again as well as the CAPTCHA and sign in.
5) Re-launch PocketCloud and sign into Auto Discovery.
Do you have anything else I can try?
Are there any ports that need to be open on the company firewall?

Hi Rfetcher , Are you able to login to google account on your windows companion on desktop ?

Can you do a manual connection to this desktop using the + sign on the top of the screen.
On your desktop, Are you able to login to gmail using browser?
On your device, Are you able to ping the device?
On your device are you able to login to gmail using browser?

If your desktop is vista home remember RDP wont work.
Can you right click on your companion -click on diagnostic. What does it say now?
Do you have VNC server installed on your desktop?

Same problem here, it worked fine the first few times, now no more. Tried 2 different gmail accounts: "Login failed" What to do please?!
