Dell latitude e6430 software
hi I bought a dell latitude e6430 on eBay and it did not have a hard drive and I put a new hard drive and installed windows 7 but I need to know what software came installed on it factory I tried my dell downloads and it says unsupported service tag. PLEASE HELP!!

Un supported service tag means the unit did not have any My dell downloads and or its a pirated tag that was flagged to many laptops.
There is no fix for this.

You can clean install Windows 10 TH2 on that model using its Windows 7 OEM license:

As you have Windows 7 currently installed ensure you have the latest UEFI BIOS and enable SecureBoot/UEFI before Clean Installing Windows 10.

Most Business/Enterprise models didn't use My Dell Downloads it was more for consumers. Also My Dell Digital Delivery may give some preinstalled software but usually its only the case if software is added to the system order (most cases it isn't).
