3537/AMD HD8670 doesn't shut down completely nor wakes up from sleep

Hello all,

As the subject says I upgraded my system with Windows 10 for Laptop Dell inspiron 3537

After a clean installation for win 10 and installing all drivers from your website with the suggested installation order, the laptop does not shut down completely and if the laptop sleeps, it simply won't wake up. The monitor turns off and you'd expect to press a keyboard key or move or click a mouse button to awaken it, but nothing happens.

If i want to shut it down completely,  i have to hold on the power button or unplug the power.

Could you please help me solve this problem ?

P.S, when installing drivers I was getting error "The update installer operation is unsuccessful.", so I extracted each file with 7-zip and manually install them.
