Dell Inspiron early 2014 build Start up problem + FEW MORE

Nowadays when i switch off my laptop the USB devices attached to it keep running plus the side (FAN AREA) get heated and battery also goes down about 30%-40%

AND

Then when i try to turn on my laptop by pressing the power button it does not get turn on i have to hold the button for about 10 seconds then again have to press the power button to turn on my laptop

This problem started after Windows 10 (Now exactly after windows 10 about 10-15 days after the installation of windows 10)

THEIR ARE MORE PROBLEMS THAT I AM FACING LIKE 

1)TOUCH PAD DOES NOT RESPOND FOR FEW SECONDS

2)VERY SLOW STARTUP

LAPTOP DETAILS 

4 GB RAM

500 GB HARD DRIVE

INTEL i3

OS WINDOWS 10

2 MONTHS OLD UNDER WARRANTY 

all software are up to date dell software plus windows software.
