FC430 server with 2012R2 shows PerfNet event id 2006

This server has 40 logical processors so I'm curious how anyone is getting around this error message?  I would open a case with Microsoft but they want $499 per incident.  We had this server loaded with 2012 R2 from the Dell factory.

I am getting the exact same error as you.  Were you able to get this resolved?
