Windows 10 system language package install propblem

Hi, I'm from South Korea.

And I purchased your inspiron 7568 2-in-1 laptop.

I think this laptop is very good!!

But there's a problem.

I can't install Korean language package into my laptop.

So I questioned local Microsoft customer's service.

First, my OS is not single language package.

Then, I thick there might be some unrealized problem with in my laptop.

So I think I need to reinstall win10, but I don't have disk image.

Can I get my win10 install image?

My warranty date is still remaining...

This didn't work...?...

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/how-to-add-an-input-language-to-your-pc#v1h=tab01

How to add an input language to your PC

Step 1: Download the language.

Step 2: Set your display language.

If that's what failed, then you may download Win 10 at...

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Get Win 10

But I wouldn't jump into a full re-install. Try a repair install first. Or even look for other options before that.

Hi,

Thank you for writing to us!

We would suggest that you first back up the data .

You can change language from within the operating system .

Try the following steps:

Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings. (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.) Tap or click Time and language, and then tap or click Region and language.

Instead of reinstalling windows you can restore it to factory setting if needed.

Thanks

Robin

Now I've BINGed "Language pack won't download"...

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/search/result.aspx?q=language%20pack%20won't%20download

It appears your situation has occurred before & made many a user very angry. I'm reading through them now to see what you should do. Also, I'm packing my bags in case you get to be like some of them!

Finally, I re-installed win10 using recovery, factory state.

And successcully installed laguage pack.

I don't know the reason.

Maybe problem with OS or with the wi-fi of my school.

Anyway, I got it. Thank you so much!

You are welcome. Glad to hear it. Others have tried that & failed. Good going.
