USB 2.0 port not working Inspiron 14 7447

The USB 2.0 port does not detect anything plugged into it.

The other 2 USB 3.0 ports work normally.

No error messages in Device Manager, and if a bootable USB is plugged into the port, it does not show up in the BIOS.

Just after its 4th service, where the parts replaced so far are the wireless card, LCD base cover, Motherboard, and Chassis.

Running Windows 10 64 Bit

This is the 5th time an error was encountered, I need help, and thanks.

1. In the Search box, type Device Manager.
2. Touch or click Device Manager (Control Panel).
3. Double-click or double tap Universal Serial Bus controllers
4. Look for any yellow exclamation marks.
5. When a yellow exclamation mark is showing, perform the following steps:
1. Right-click or touch and hold on the listing that has the yellow exclamation mark and selectUpdate Software Driver.
2. Click Search automatically for updated driver software, and follow the prompts.

Set the BIOS to its Default Settings
Resetting the BIOS to its default settings will make sure the USB ports are enabled in the BIOS.
1. Reboot the computer.
2. When you see the Dell logo during POST, press the F2 key to enter the setup screen.
3. On the System Setup screen, press the F9 key.
4. Press the Enter key on Yes to load the BIOS defaults and restart the computer

Still not solved.

For the first option, no exclamation marks or errors in Device Manager.

For the second option, USB port still does nothing. No error messages of the sort.

Nothing detected if boot USB is plugged in port.
