Need so help in upgrading the hdd to sshd for the inspiron INSPIRON 14 7447

I need so help in order to upgrade my old HDD which is 1Tb 5400rpm to sshd. Can anyone suggest which brand and the specs that suitable for desk work and medium gamer user?

Any 2.5' 7 mm SATA SSD will work just fine.  Choose from one of the Big Three (Intel, Samsung, Crucial) and you can't go wrong.
