inspiron 15-7537 (2014) Lan keeps disconnecting
Hi I have an inspiron 15-7537 running windows 10, and have been getting really intermittent network problems, basically. the adapter shows the cable is unplugged, and I have to disable it and re-enable it.
I've tried driver updates but the latest one for this is from 2015, I've also gotten so sick of it I just formatted and I'm getting the same problem.
has anyone ever come across anything similar?
it's pretty weird

Hi EpiphanyDan,
I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Ethernet card on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS and then download the Ethernet card driver from Network section onto the Desktop screen.

Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the video card.
After the uninstall finishes restart the system. Then reinstall the Ethernet card driver on the system using the file downloaded on the desktop.

Hi EpiphanyDan,
Please connect the system using the wireless and then I would suggest you to run the test on Ethernet card on the system.
1. Open the link http://dell.to/14YjKb2
2. Select ‘Diagnostics’ tab and select ‘Choose a diagnostic test’ tab.
3. Select ‘Network card.
4. Click on ‘Test Selected Devices’ button.
5. Let me know if the results.
