Dell Inspiron n5040 fan

I have a dell Inspiron n5040 laptop and the fan is not working and I am getting an error when doing the diagnosis which is

Error code 2000-0511

Validation 25050

So i did a bios update but still getting the same error.

Please advice me what to do
