Were can I find the 9 pin USB socket on mother board I looked all I can not find any to hook up powered esata. Thank You

There isn't going to be one -- those are standard on most retail boards but won't be present in your XPS system (the USB wiring block is proprietary).
If you want eSATA, you'll need to add it by means of a PCI express card.

ESATA is easily added via USB3 cable. StarTech USB3S2ESATA3
