Overheating and/or loud fan on Inspiron 13 7000
The fan on my laptop is often times going off at full blast. I do not believe this is physical damage, because I did not drop or otherwise damage my machine when it started having a loud fan. I have also checked for dust accumulation, and there is little. My computer has the latest updates from dell, and I have done a quick scan on the system that didn't work. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed similar issues like this, and how I might be resolve my problem.

If a fan speeds up there is likely some process using high Processor utilization, or maybe even drive resources.
There are several things which can do that on a system, so try using Task Manager, or even better, the Resource Monitor. Set it to show highest CPU, if that is the resource being used and perhaps you could see exactly what is happening.

Update: It seemed the problem was gone. Then a couple days after downloading the creator's update, the service called system in task manager is taking up large amounts of my cpu. How can I fix this? Is it a software issue. I have all the latest drivers.
