dell repository manager - download fails for PowerEdge R420

I am having a problem with downloading bundles for PowerEdge R420 by DRM. Its Windows x64 and OS-independent. Latest catalogue is used. Its failing at downloading following item

Network_Firmware_V6TPJ_WN64_17.5.10_A00.EXE

And when I try to download this from dell site, it says this item is not available. I have tried several times to down the bundle, in different mode, SUU and Light-wight deployment script or even downloading the components, every time it fails at Network_Firmware_V6TPJ_WN64_17.5.10_A00.EXE.

I have latest DRM 2.2.1.616 with latest patch.

Appreciate your help to resolve this issue.

Its good now. I was able to download it just now. I think you tried to download only after the issue had been fixed. Thanks for your reply.

Hello

I just tested downloading that file using an R420 bundle in DRM. I was able to download the file without issue. I then tested downloading the entire bundle, and I was able to download all of the files without issue.

One of the files had an expired certificate that required acceptance for the download to proceed. You will need to either choose to ignore expired certificates in DRM or manually accept the download or DUPs with expired certificates will halt the download process.

Also, there have been issues this past week with downloads. This download may have been affected by that issue, but it should be resolved now. If you continue to have issues then make sure DRM and your catalog are both up to date.

Thanks
