Access Denied in replying my own thread
Hello, yesterday I opened this thread: en.community.dell.com/.../21018288
Actually I'm not able in replying as it's displayed "Access Denied" when I push button "Reply". I can perfectly reply to other threads opened by other users... Surely it's my fault, but I can't understand what I've to do to solve this incredible situation... it seems it's locked...

The thread is not locked. Try clearing all of your browser history, rebooting, then log in and test again. Test using multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE, etc.).

Hello Sugarbear18, surely I'm logged in. As I clicked on button reply to this thread and I'm allowed to write, I can't understand why I can't do same to the other thread. Mysterious. Still now I receive message "access denied".
