External LCD Randomly Stops Working

I have a Precision M5510 running Windows 10 connected to a Dell TB16 with 240w adapter and dual P2415 monitors. I just added the dock and the second LCD and since then the monitors will randomly just stop working and display the message "no signal". When it happens I can typically power off the LCD and power it back on and it starts working again. Is this a known issue? Actually the message on the monitor says "going in to power saving mode" when it goes blank.
