Hello. Dell doesn't manufacture retail replacement parts for its laptops, so there isn't a readily-available supply of new parts anywhere. When you have to replace a part you usually have to go to the used or "refurbished" sellers. The parts they sell come from salvaged laptops. The parts might or might not work.
Look at ebay, Craigslist, etc., or their equivalents in India. I have bought a few laptop parts from ebay and not been disappointed.
In the USA there is a reputable company called parts-people.com that specializes in Dell parts. Their parts are tested and come with a warranty, and they ship to India. But I checked and they don't have the speaker in stock right now. You might call them and ask them to try to obtain the speaker for you, or ask if they know of a reputable source of parts in India.
