dell venue 3830 dead

My tablet died after showing a problem with google store app. I rebooted the tablet and it remained on the dell prompt.  I tried all the options of the recovery menu and I still get a dead droid or a dell logo on the screen.  What is next ?

If none of the recovery options work please contact Dell Support at 1-800-624-9896 for information to return the device to Dell for repairs.

Hi Jesse

I called the support service in Canada.  They told me I had a problem with the firmware that had to be reinstalled and to use a local company to fix it.  Given that the tablet was not very expensive is it just possible to have access to this firmware and some directions so I could give it a truy by myself ?

Unfortunately, this is a unit that needs to be taken to the local company for repairs. There is no firmware to download.

Updated this to Windows 10. Used a micro USB on the go cable, with a portable hard drive to back it up. Upgrade went well.
