Well I hate to tell you BUT you should of send the unit BACK when you found the first problem within the first 30 days for a FULL refund. Having a brand new PC that doesn't work and then allowing someone to try and fix it is NOT what you should of done.
As I said I expected some minor issues but now they have gotten worse. Thanks for the GREAT insight though. Without folks such as yourself we would never have a reason to wear seatbelts. Thanks again. The point was BUYER BEWARE. It's a VERY trying time to invest this amount of money and not get a perfect machine.
