It's should be a simple thing to do.  Here are three things that you could do:

  1. You can download a program called AIDA32 and run it to find out.  When you run the program, go to the Windows Storage section.  It should have all the information that you want.  The best thing about it, it is free.
  2. Or you can look in the Device Manager to get the HDD model number and then do a search on the web to find or what it is.
  3. Or you could just remove the HDD and look at the label.

One of these things should work for you.
