M14x Disc Drive not Working

Hey Everyone, 

I have a bit of an issue with my Disc Drive in my M14x

I have put in a DVD into my computer, and it did not play. I tried to eject it using , and it did nothing. I looked in My Computer to eject it from the Drive itself, but there is no drive to eject from. I have opened it up and taken the disc out twice. After the first time, I took the disc out, and started up my computer and tried to insert again, and the problem persists. I have tried to run several drive updaters and Microsoft fixes, but noothing has worked. It says that the driver has a problem. I am not very good with computers, but I have tried everything that comes to mind.
