I would try to roll back but just trying to do ANYTHING under device manager with regards to killer 1535 drivers causes freezes and stuff.. I cant even go through the regula windows 10 wireless settings and see networks because everything just freezes or hangs ..ugh...i just want this back to how it was before i updates. I wont even use killer network manager. I dont care about doubleshot pro or throttling my bandwidth. Actually, the last time i was on, this program didnt open at all.

In short, something is either preventing the installation or attach of the Killer Bandwidth Control feature, which is causing your issue. This is not normal behavior, so we need a better idea of your particular situation per the instructions sent in the emails. If you don't see it in your inbox, it may have gone to your spam folder.

You can try either of these,
- A system restore back to a date before you did the reinstallation.
- Downloading and installing the latest Killer Wireless driver available on their site.
