After using Alien Respawn to restore, I get a BSOD stop:oxoooooo7B error every boot up.

I tried them all, I made sure I took every step Dell had listed , that's why I sent an email asking what I should do next?

And the Run the 32 Bit Alienware Diagnostics does not load off my disk, i press "1" and nothing happens. I've even let it sit for 10min once with the hope that there was a delay, only there wasn't.  Any more ideas?

I just noticed that Alien Respawn re-partitioned my drives completely wrong all my files are designated under the "E" slot and the "C" drive is holding a Boot folder and a System Volume Information folder. Any way that I could get Alien Respawn to put my files back on without phucking with my partition first?

I will be glad to help you. Request you to provide the error code that appeared after the tests completed.

You may try doing a clean Operating system re-installation and then you can re-partition the computer.

Error code does not name a driver, nor a program full code is (and I'm glad I have this written down.)

And as for the clean operating system re-installation run, I'm already 2 steps ahead of you, when I noticed the Partition issue, I re-installed windows and Alien Respawn, but the Alien Respawn crashing issue was happening again, since my laptop was moving at a snails pace, I started downloading and installing drivers, plus updating windows to see if that helps the crashing issue.  Its a Great idea, I'll post the results once complete.

I managed to get everything together, but Alien Respawn keeps crashing. I think it might me the Premium Edition that's causing it to do so. I uninstalled Premium, Removed all "Respawn" files from the registry, and from the hard drive all together. Unfortunately there is a bunch of restore files throughout my computer that I know are the cause of Basic becoming Premium every time, and Windows being the wonderful user friendly TIME WASTER that it is won't give me access to delete files from my own God <ADMIN NOTE: Profanity removed as per TOU> Computer!  I need to catch a couple zzzzzz's, or take up a crystal meth habit, though sleep I'm sure is cheaper, I start up again in about 4 hours, if anyone knows how to tell windows to delete those files for me before then that would be awesome, otherwise its back to the very beginning all over again. *sigh* if that fails I'm pulling the drives and giving up my warranty, all because of a Dell Program.... I've always wanted a solid state in this sexy piece of machinery, who knows maybe it will be a good thing. At least until everything else fails at once two days from now. =D  

I suggest you use Acronis or Windows Image Backup instead.

Should have done that about 3 months ago. I managed to get all my files in one place, and got them all off the computer, but a lot of good that does in getting my programs and serial numbers all set-up again. I was able to use diskpart to change the stupid partitioning that Alien Respawn created, All my info is now on dive D: so I sent the junk Respawn put in there away and moved d: to c: but when I reboot Dell's wonderful set-up puts everything back. I tried to change boot manager but I'm not allowed because I could harm my boot process. "What the hell is it doing right now?" its like dealing with Apple here, everything need to be done their way only.  Anyone have any clue on how I can change boot managers mind? or set-up a boot from the D: drive, its nowhere in this handcuffed BIOS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On a side note let me say sorry to anyone who was offended by the way I get around the swearing process, I've always thought it was totally different when I use a "ph" instead of an "F"....     I hope that pleases the Dell employee who wrote me a nice long email on choice of words... For some reason I came across this thread, I know it's a bit old so you probably already had your issue resolved, but I still want to share this in case anyone else needs one POSSIBLE solution for this issue for users who have an mSATA caching drive installed in the system.

If the system configuration includes an mSATA caching device, disable the acceleration and test the system, if the BSOD doesn't happen, enable the acceleration again and the problem should be solved. There is no need to re install the Operating System or even AlienRespawn.

Thanks for the tip, i wasn't running an SSD at the time, I managed to change the partition back but Dell's Boot Manager forbid me from making the change because I "may not be able to boot my computer afterwards". Its been over a month now, and still no response from dell about the emails I sent them about the BSOD, and every other issue I was having. So I started all over and managed to get most of my files back with a friends computer, which is awesome.  Let me just say that I have become very disappointed with the way Dell now treats their already purchased product (who are still under warranty) customers, and the lack of knowledge that their Tech Support has with anything concerning Dell software or Dell's BIOS is really a shame. I think in the future I'm going to try and build my own laptop. Less headaches that way. But its great to get that tip out there.
