MD 3200 Lockdown State , Press S Button Service Interface no Respond

Do you have the serial cable that came with your MD3200? If you do have the cable, then you will need to do a terminal session on the controller. If you capture the session then we can view it to see which lockdown you have on your MD3200. You will need to start Hyperterminal/Tera Term, Putty and configure the serial connection settings with the following parameters:

   Baud rate: 115200

   Data bits: 8

   Parity bit: None

   Stop bit: 1

   Flow control: None

You will want to pull the controller first then reinsert the controller into your MD3200 and you should see the controller boot.

Do you know which lockdown that you have on your controller?  Without knowing the exact lockdown that you have I am not sure how to clear it.  You will need to see if you can view the boot of the controller using the serial cable that came with your MD3200i.  If you follow the steps that I posted above then you should be able to see the controller try to boot and it will state why the controller is in a lockdown state.
