what Kind of SSD For Vostro 14 5468
HI all,
i really want to upgrate ssd for my Laptop Vostro 14 5468 Core i3.
I want to keep hdd and have new ssd for my laptop, usesing both HDD and SSD in my laptop. But have many kind off ssd (SATA III, M2, M...) i dont know what kind of good for my laptop.
Please help me.

Hi, I have same question too. So i will take Samsung 860 EVO M.2 Sata which is in this link .
But according to some my research, some dell vostro 5468 customers says " I couldn't install SSD which i bought Samsung EVO 850 M.2 Sata. Laptop doesn't detect".
So Are these right, Can i upgrade if i take samsung EVO M.2 Sata. Is this SSD compatible with Dell Vostro 14 5468 FHDG50F81N: i7-7500U/8GB/1TB/4GB GF940MX/1920x1080

Is dell vostro 5468 core i5, nvidia geforce 940mx, support Samsung 970 Evo NVMe M.2 SSD?

No, the 970 is NVMe. The newest Samsung M.2 SATA SSD is the 860 Evo.

slot is having right hand notch instead left hand, and m2 SATA having 2 notch.could you please share the list known 240GB SSDs
