Networker registration on support.emc.com
Does enyone know how to register networker on support site? There is a Product ID needed. What is Product ID for networker server and where I can find it?

I'm not sure where you get the product id - you should contact support@emc.com and they'll be able to help you out.

For the same issue. I asked support for help and then sent me to the feeback button at the bottom of the screen. I filled that out yesterday and now they want the serial number of the product. Another hour trying to fing the serial number. Left a VM asking licensing for support. This is not the kind of support we need.

When you buy NW you should get serial number I believe. Did you check papers you did get with purchase or contact your reseller?
