Migration of 14tb to send offsite

Hello,

We are working with a third party vendor associated with Google. They need our Enterprise Vault data and we need to keep a copy here for awhile. It's a large data set which has luns on both a CX3 and CX-480. I plan on migrating the data to a VNX using the san copy pull method. We are sending the cx's back to EMC as part of a trade in deal and so the arrays have to be returned and the data erased.  My questions are these:

1. Is there a faster and better migration tool out there for 10TB+ or more?

2. Once the data is migrated to the VNX, what is the best way to copy it to our third party vendor. The vendor was going to send a NAS over, or a server with lots of local disk  to zone to the VNX and do a robocopy.

3. Is there a way for me to replicate this data to the third party site directly?

Thanks in advance!

vendor neutral archive, used in medical imaging. EV can copy data to another location, we have EV copy data simultaneously to two different Centeras (instead of using Centera replication). Although with that much data i don't think you want to copy it over WAN link to a "cloud" provider. Robocopy running on win2k8 r2 box is very fast, if your server has enough horse power crank up the number of threads robocopy is using.

Thank you Dynamox! According to the EV guy, they are flat files. He wasn't sure what VNA was.

Is EV storing data in proprietary format or VNA ?
