"ja.json was not found" at starting CloudArray through IE Chrome
Hello,
A customer gets the following error at starting CloudArray through Web browser (IE & Chrome) every time after he deployed a virtual CloudArray 6.0.3 on his ESXi. Do you know the reasons?
The path '/cloudarray/resources/locates/ja.json' was not found.

Hi Hiroki,
It might be related to web browser language settings. Can you change browser setting to English and try again?

He got can do that without the error.
I found it in "Online Support". Otherwise did you got it from "ja.json was not found"?
