Description of the updates available in Dell Command Update?

Again today, I get prompted for 2 'essential' and 2 'recommended' updates, without any further descriptions. How can I know what's going to be installed, especially when we're talking about 'recommended' updates - your recommendations may conflict with my lifestyle/security/existing software/reboot times....
