Problem with Dell dell X1026p switch
I am currently experiencing problems with the Dell X1026p switch since I recently set it up and put it into production but I am seeing that the network is intermittent, there are ports on the computer where the network goes down and it goes up quickly that does it constantly. I would like to know how I can solve this problem.
Cordial greetings,

Hi,
Is the firmware up to date? What is connected to those ports? How far are the devices from the switch?

Hi,
The firmware it currently has is 3.0.0.98. To those ports we have connected computers, printers, telephones and biometric clock. We have the switches in a suitable place near the different departments that are connected to it.

Try updating the firmware https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/drivers/driversdetails?driverId=2HWPG&osCode=NAA&productCode=networking-x1000-series

I am having the same issue. Actually it got a lot better when I downgraded the firmware, but issues are still there. Also notice interfacing with the switch (eg web interface) to be very slow.
